Refund Policy

Return / Refund / Cancellation

If you have a damaged product, please drop us an e-mail at hello@doodleodrama.com with images of the damaged product within 2 (two) days of receiving the order. We will either replace the product or refund your money.

If you do not like the product you have received, you may return the same within 10 (ten) days of receiving the product (unopened / unused without any damage). We will refund the amount on receipt of the product. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.  

If you would like to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please drop us an e-mail at hello@doodleodrama.com. We will not be able to cancel your order if it has already been shipped.

No product will be eligible for return or refund if it is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper, reckless use, disregard of instructions, and we assume no liability for damage or shortcomings in the quality of the product.

Indemnity & Liability

In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.

You represent and warrant that your use of this website shall in no event be in breach of violate any applicable law or third party right, including any proprietary rights. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doodleodrama, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers, from and against any losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account by you or any other person accessing the site using your account.
